Baker Hughes Announces Conference Call

Baker Hughes Incorporated announced that it has scheduled a conference call on Thursday, February 17, 2005 at 8:30 a.m. eastern, 7:30 a.m. central.

During the conference call, the company intends to discuss results for the fourth quarter of 2004, which ended December 31, 2004. The results are expected to be released on Thursday, February 17, 2005, before the market opens.

Baker Hughes is a leading provider of drilling, formation evaluation, completion and production products and services to the worldwide oil and gas industry.

Record Figures at KSB’s Annual General Meeting
