Armstrong Consolidates High Pressure Pumps Business

08.05.2006

The production and sales of High Pressure Pumps, both as individual pumps and as systems, will be consolidated under the legal entity of "RMI Pressure Systems Limited" and the brand of "Armstrong RMI Pressure Systems". The legal entity continues to be wholly owned by the Armstrong group.

Formerly, the design and manufacture of the pumps was performed by Armstrong Holden Brooke Pullen, a sister company, and the pumps were then incorporated into systems by RMI. Working together, Armstrong Holden Brooke Pullen Limited, RMI and Armstrong have expanded the business and it is now time to elevate the delivery of customer value to the next level.

With this change, the design and manufacture of the pumps and the subsequent assembly into systems will be performed by one legal entity. This will mean that one business unit and team will now be focused on delivering and continuously improving the complete product offering.

The new corporate entity, along with the new brand and corporate logo are a reflection of the operational integration that began some time ago and is now complete.

Armstrong RMI Pressure Systems Ltd. is a manufacturer of high pressure pumps for specific mining applications. Armstrong Holden Brooke Pullen is a leading UK manufacturer of HVAC and fluid flow equipment for residential commercial and industrial applications, serving customers around the world.

Armstrong Limited is a leading global supplier of quality HVAC and fluid flow equipment for residential, commercial and industrial applications. Established in 1934, the company maintains seven manufacturing facilities on three continents.
