ALLCLEAN – for the food, the cosmetical and pharmaceutical industry
Allweiler enlarges its pumps product range for the food, the cosmetical and pharmaceutical industry. The new ALLCLEAN series excels in a favourable price/performance ratio and short delivery periods.
ALLCLEAN - the new Allweiler series
The new lobe pump ALLCLEAN does not only make possible “cleaning in place” but also “steaming in place”.
Producing eccentric spiral pumps in accordance to 3A-US-sanitary standards, the manufacturer has already specialized in delivering sensitive, highly viscous fluids with or without solid matter. The new series can also be used for paste-like and adhesive media such as honey, adhesives, resins, (tooth-)pastes, creams and dairy products with fruits, e.g. yoghurt. The aggregates are suitable for “CIP” as well as “SIP”.
The pumps can be cleaned (using hot steam (“SIP”)is also possible) without having to disassemble or remove pump parts. The cleaning encompasses the whole internal pump space. The new series complies with EHEDG standards and is certified on a worldwide basis and therefore meets the hygenical requirements of the food, the pharmaceutical and cosmetical industry.
The ALLCLEAN series reaches a pump power output of 3.34 litres/Upm at a nominal pressure up to a maximum of 20 bar. The medium temperature can lie between -10ºC and +200ºC, the viscosity can have up to 200 000 cp. The aggregates are “CIP” as well as “SIP” suitable and are certified EU-wide in accordance with EHEDG. The pumps can be seen at the ACHEMA (Frank-furt/Main, 19.-24.05.2003) in hall 8.0, booth M42-N47.
