ABS introduces service kits for process pumps

15.08.2002

ABS introduces a series of service kits for process pumps containing genuine OEM spares that ensure a reliable and trouble-free operation.

Each of the ABS service kits has an identification number and clearly identified parts to ensure a trouble-free maintenance. The parts come together in one package complete with instructions and documentation, which saves time for both warehouse personnel and service engineers.

Wear disc and Impeller service kit

When changing the wear disc or impeller, it is essential to change sealing parts and fasteners to maintain a high and reliable operation. These service kits have been developed for BA pumps and includes all the parts required for servicing a wear disc or an impeller. The risk of missing essential parts is therefore eliminated.

Bearing assembly service kit

When changing parts or re-building the bearing assembly, it is essential to change bearings and sealing parts to maintain a high and reliable operation. This service kit includes all parts required for servicing bearing assemblies 1-6.

Since ABS incorporates an extensive modular system, each service kit can also service a number of different pump types.
