10 Years with LOWARA in the New Zealand market place

11.01.2001

The year 2000 is significant for the LOWARA New Zealand distributor, Brown Brothers Engineers Ltd, in that we are not just celebrating a new millennium, but celebrating a large milestone for the LOWARA brand. 2000 signifies our first decade with LOWARA in the New Zealand market place.

The first LOWARA pump was sold out of Christchurch office to an irrigation design company, and the submersible pump is going strong after ten years. Like Brown Brothers, LOWARA has grown in the market place to become a recognised brand in both quality and reliability. As Brown Brothers couldn't let this momentous occasion pass by without any recognition, we celebrated with two functions, one in Christchurch and the other in Auckland.

Customers from all parts of the South Island attended the Christchurch function at the internationally renowned Antarctic Centre of New Zealand. Customers from the North Island attended a function at the Carlton Hotel in Auckland. We were honoured to have representatives from LOWARA in Italy, ITT Fluid Technology in USA and ITT LOWARA in Australia. The calibre of the dignitaries who attended reflects the level of support and commitment to Brown Brothers and our customers with the LOWARA brand.
