Wilo: Early Contract Extension for Oliver Hermes

At its meeting on 27 June 2019, the Supervisory Board of Wilo unanimously decided to extend the appointment of Oliver Hermes as CEO of the Wilo Group ahead of time until 30 June 2025.

“The decision by the Supervisory Board to extend the contract early takes into account the highly positive development of the Wilo Group over the past years,” explained Prof. Dr. Norbert Wieselhuber, Chairman of the Supervisory Board for the globally active technology company. “Mr Hermes represents nine consecutive years of record success, an intensified globalisation strategy, and the digital transformation of the Wilo Group. The early extension of his contract signals leadership continuity and provides a fundamental basis for the continuing successful development of the company.”

Oliver Hermes has been a member of Wilo’s Executive Board since 1 October 2006 and the chairman of the Wilo-Foundation’s Board of Trustees since 13 April 2019. “I am deeply grateful for the continued trust placed in me by the Supervisory Board,” said Oliver Hermes. “My goal is to continue to strengthen the Wilo Group and to lead it into the future, sustainably continuing the successful journey this company has been on nearly 150 years.”

The decision has been made: The production of Eta pumps at KSB’s headquarters will be expanded to become the centre of excellence for the latest generation of electronically controlled pumps in Europe. Changes to the Endress+Hauser Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of the Endress+Hauser Group has been realigned. Matthias Altendorf took up his position as the new president of the Supervisory Board on 1 January 2024. As announced, his predecessor Dr Klaus Endress withdrew from active involvement in the company at the end of 2023. He remains chairman of the Endress Family Council.
