Bitzer Compact with a New Look
Bitzer has revamped the look and layout of its Bitzer Compact customer magazine. No longer published in print, Compact is now only available in digital form.

BITZER is changing with the times and that also applies to its media, which is why the company has revamped its BITZER COMPACT customer magazine. Instead of a print issue, customers will now receive a digital glimpse into the world of Bitzer three to four times a year. ‘The new format offers our customers lots of benefits,’ says Patrick Koops, Head of Public Relations at Bitzer’s headquarters in Sindelfingen. ‘Our readers can share content directly via social media and contact the editorial team with just a click of the mouse. The development process has accelerated internally, as we no longer need to plan in time for printing and dispatch. We’re also more flexible in terms of the design and can take advantage of all media channels, meaning we’re able to share information with our customers in an exciting format.’
Holding on to what works
Despite all the visual changes, one thing has remained the same: the standards. ‘As always, we would like to inform our customers about relevant topics in our industry in a high-quality, easy-to-understand format,’ says Koops. ‘Our readers will therefore continue to find lots of general topics such as independent studies and training opportunities, as well as questions about the future of refrigerants and interviews with experts in our customer magazine. We’re already planning the next issue of Compact. Now that the process is faster, we’re hoping to be able to provide our readers with another issue this year,’ he adds. ‘And, of course, we’re always happy to hear your ideas and suggestions for topics.
