"I would like to thank Stephan Petri for more than ten years of trustful and successful cooperation. His expertise and dedicated commitment have been instrumental in shaping GEA s development. Prior to that, he held the position of General Counsel after joining GEA in 2005; in addition, he was appointed Chief Compliance Officer in 2006 while also assuming responsibility as Head of Other Companies later on.

"On behalf of the entire Supervisory Board, I would like to thank Dr. Petri for his outstanding commitment and dedication over the previous years and wish him all the best for future", says Dr. Jürgen Heraeus, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft.
