Sulzer’s Board of Directors Appoints Thomas Dittrich as Interim CEO

It has previously been announced that CRI-MAN S.p.A., (“CRI-MAN”), would become part of Atlas Copco Group. This acquisition has now been finalized. Italian pump manufacturer CRI-MAN was founded in 2000 and is located in Correggio, Italy. As part of the acquisition 85 employees have joined Atlas Copco Group.

Sulzer has launched the Sulzer Energy Optimization Service, an energy efficiency and carbon reduction service that will create a new best practice standard for the operation of centrifugal pumps across their lifecycle for energy intensive industries such as power generation, oil and gas, chemicals and water desalination.

From 17 to 21 March, the world’s leading trade fair ISH will once again present the latest trends and developments in the areas of water, heat and air. Pump manufacturers will also be there again, showcasing intelligent pumps and their further development into “smart pumps”. By integrating them with digital tools, they will demonstrate the possibilities of pumps for the building services of tomorrow.
