Halm Presents New Electronically Controlled High Efficiency Pumps
The electronically controlled high efficiency pumps feature a modern and intuitive user interface as well as a power display which enables permanent monitoring of energy intake. Constant pressure control can now also be adjusted directly on the outside of the potentiometer. Proportional pressure, fixed speed and night economy remain unchanged.

“The needs of the trade were consciously incorporated in the development process,” explains managing director Felix Kröll. The desire for a connector which can be mounted without tools, now no longer angled and thus considerably more space-saving, was implemented on the HEP Optimo, as was the all-inclusive package for the HEP Optimo L. The result: the electronically controlled HEP high efficiency wet rotor pumps with permanent magnet technology are designed for use in heating systems with variable or constant rates of flow.
The new series from Halm is suitable for a wide range of applications: HEP Optimo is ideal for use in single-family homes, bungalows and flat roof houses.HEP Optimo L is intended for greater performance ranges as required in blocks of flats, gymnasiums or industrial buildings. It features no fewer than three different operating modes, in addition to two external PWM signals (for standard heating and solar installations) and 0-10 V inputs ex works. The new pumps are used with underfloor and radiator heating systems, heat pumps and solar installations.
Kröll: “We consistently set the highest standards of quality for our products. Modern production facilities and methods are a key part of our corporate philosophy. A sophisticated and ISO-certified quality management system, together with up-to-date testing facilities, are critical factors
for our success.” As he adds, the aim of the company is to meet customer requirements with flexibility and expertise, and do justice to its high standards in every product and at all times.
