Process Control & Automation Center To Feature Latest Technologies
The latest innovations in process control systems, wireless monitoring devices, data collection, instrumentation, sensors, transmitters and much more, will be unveiled during the 2011 Chem Show at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City from November 1st through the 3rd.
Dozens of the leading control and automation companies from around the world, including such global leaders as Honeywell and A-T Controls, will be showcasing their latest products and technology solutions to thousands of chemical processing professionals in the Process Control & Automation Center during the three-day exposition and conference. More than 400 exhibiting companies will display their new products and solutions to over 5,000 attendees from over 50 countries throughout the Show floor.
“The Process Control & Automation Center is always one of the most popular and well-visited areas of the Show because it allows CPI professionals to experience first-hand how these new products and systems can increase their companies’ productivity and reduce their costs,” said Clay Stevens, President of International Exposition Company, which produces and manages the Chem Show. “Nearly 27 percent of 2009 attendees surveyed said they were interested in Instruments & Controls.” Stevens added that since the ISA Show and other industry events no longer exist, the Process Control & Automation Center is the main source of information for many attendees.

In addition to the activity on the Show floor, The American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE) is developing a comprehensive, solutions-focused conference program. The multi-faceted, three-day program will address a wide range of critical industry topics ranging from such new developments as nanotechnology to technical sessions on powder and bulk processing.
