ITT Forms Residential & Commercial Water Business
ITT Residential & Commercial Water (R&CW) is the name of a recently formed $1 billion business that was created by ITT Corporation to be a leading global manufacturer and marketer of water and wastewater products serving the residential and commercial markets.
Combining such well know brands as Lowara, Vogel, Goulds, Bell & Gossett, A-C Fire Pump, and many others, ITT R&CW manufactures and markets water and wastewater pumps, valves, heat exchangers, controls, and package solutions for single and multi-family homes, commercial buildings of all types, as well as a variety of other commercial market applications. With eight major manufacturing plants, and dozens of service and distribution centers and offices throughout the world, ITT R&CW is a global leader in pumping applications for the residential and commercial markets.
“ITT R&CW was created by combining select ITT Corporation businesses to provide users of water and wastewater products worldwide with better and more efficient solutions to their needs,” emphasized Gretchen McClain, President of R&CW. “Working together with other ITT Fluid Technology businesses we can now offer a single-source solution to our customers water and wastewater needs.”
As an example, McClain said ITT R&CW could provide all the pumps, controls, heat exchangers, valves and HVAC Package solutions for commercial and residential buildings. This includes water and wastewater, heating/air conditioning, fire protection and much more.
In addition, R&CW can provide water pump and heat exchanger needs for many industrial applications, and provide complete water pumping needs for irrigation (agriculture and turf). Most end users in many market segments would normally have to source these products from several different suppliers.
Headquartered in Morton Grove, Illinois USA, ITT R&CW does business in more than 60 countries on all continents.
