Earth Tech Names New Director
Earth Tech Inc., a business unit of Tyco International Ltd., and a global provider of consulting, engineering and construction services, has named Stan Spencer Business Development Director for its North American water practice.
He will be based in Earth Tech's Markham, Ontario, office and report to Rob Andrews, Director of Earth Tech's Water/Wastewater Practice for its North American Consulting & Engineering business.
In his new role, Spencer will be responsible for assisting Earth Tech's district managers in Canada and the United States with business development efforts for major water and wastewater projects. A 30-year veteran of the engineering industry, he joins Earth Tech from American Water, where he held a similar role as Vice President of Business Development in North America.
Spencer holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in civil engineering from the University of Waterloo, respectively, and is a registered Professional Engineer in Canada.
