Intelligent Level Control
Just in time for ACHEMA, the KSB Group launches a new fluid level control system. “LevelControl” is designed to control one or two pumps in applications requiring reliable fluid level control, for example in tanks or caverns.

Standard features include, for example, functions like “automatic pump changeover if a pump fails”, “even distribution of pump operating hours“, "automatic restart after fault” and “phased starting and stopping to prevent surge pressures and reduce starting current”. A number of sensor interfaces facilitates optimum integration in planned or existing processes. Operating staff can easily set parameters on site to tune the device to actual operating conditions. “LevelControl” monitors and documents the switching cycles and ensures optimum pump operation. The device is available for three different installation options.
