... casings and impellers cast in 316 stainless steel and are available in close-coupled and long-coupled versions – most can also be supplied as monobloc type if required.
These pumps are suitable for operating temperatures of -15 to +120°C and are rated for 10bar operating pressure though 16bar pumps can be supplied if required ( with temperature limitations ). Silicon carbide / tungsten carbide / viton rubber mechanical seals are fitted as standard and other materials can be supplied to suit the pumped liquid. The pump shaft is made in either 316 grade or duplex stainless steel as appropriate.
The range of sizes extends from 32mm to 80mm discharge with nominal impeller sizes from 125mm to 250mm ( 200mm on the 80mm pump ) and motors from 0.75kW to 37kW at two-pole speed. At four-pole speed, motors range from 0.37kW to 5.5kw – and there is also a 65-315 version with motors up to 15kW.
Being designed to full ISO dimensional standards these pumps are ideal for replacement installations as well as for new applications – the 316 stainless steel construction making them perfect for a wide range of aggressive chemicals or sterile liquids.
