BOC Edwards Appoints Kenneth Aitchison Vice President, Process Enabling Technologies

BOC Edwards announced that Dr. Kenneth Aitchison has been appointed vice president, process enabling technologies (PET), based in Santa Clara, CA.

He will assume responsibility for engaging with key OEMs and strategic end users to develop innovative subsystem solutions for next-generation flat panel, silicon and compound semiconductor processes.

Dr. Aitchison joins BOC Edwards from Novellus Systems, Inc., where he held a series of senior technology and engineering roles including director of chemical systems and senior director, systems engineering. Previously, he held technology management roles at The Aerospace Corporation and Genus, Inc. Dr. Aitchison holds a BA in Chemistry from New York University and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Queen Mary College, London University.

BPMA Welcomes its New President

Lee Tebbatt, Managing Director of Wilo UK has been announced as the new President of the British Pump Manufacturers Association (BPMA), following a two-year tenure in the role of Vice President. The position was officially passed on during the BPMA’s Annual General Meeting and follows the two-year term in office by the previous President, Dale Croker, Managing Director of KSB UK.
