Flowserve Names Guiltinan Controller and Chief Accounting Officer
Flowserve Corp. named Richard J. Guiltinan vice president - controller and chief accounting officer. He had been serving as the company's interim controller since March.
Guiltinan, 50, has more than 25 years of diverse experience in accounting, finance, general management and performance improvement in a large, multinational company and a Big Four accounting firm. Prior to joining Flowserve, he held a number of senior finance and management positions, including chief financial officer and comptroller, with Caltex Corp., an $18 billion multi-national marketing, manufacturing and distribution joint venture, with operations covering more than 60 countries with 30 significant international business units. During his 16-year career at Caltex, Guiltinan was based in a number of regions worldwide, including the U.S., Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
Before that, he served with KPMG in New York and Dallas as a senior manager, with nine years of public accounting experience in the financial, manufacturing and oil industries.

Scott Greer, Flowserve's chairman, president and chief executive officer.
Guiltinan holds a BBA in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and attended the Tuck Executive Program at Dartmouth College. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
