Compact, Integral Pumps for Precise Liquids Dispensing

25.03.2004

Accuracy and repeatability are two of the important requirements for successful fluid transfer in laboratory, pharmaceutical and OEM applications and these are among the features of Encynova pumps, available through MICHAEL SMITH ENGINEERS.

Designed for the exacting performance that automated manufacturing and precision laboratory procedures demand, an example of this is the Model 2-4 System which delivers flows of up to 200 ml/min and is unmatched for accuracy and repeatability.

This system is light enough to mount on laboratory or manufacturing robots and can be controlled via RS-485 communication (PC, PLC control), and is LabView compatible. Encynova's Travcyl Systems are internally sealed, positive displacement devices, also, they do not require valves or calibration, even when flow rates and dispense volumes are changed. Unlike a basic pump solution, Encynova's Travcyl System encompass all elements of fluid management - pumping capability and flow control - all in one compact module, making robot-mounted delivery simple and accurate. Dispensing accuracy of up to 0.1%Cv and near pulseless flow significantly improve your fluid delivery for consistent, reproducible results.

Created for high-precision applications, the Travcyl pump design delivers the accuracy of a syringe pump with the reliability of a piston pump. Automated manufacturing, pilot plant production and applications in the pharmaceutical, biotech, ink and food industries are all successful implementations of Encynova's Travcyl product line.Package options include individual system modules, base station units with keypads for benchtop use and multi-system panels.
