Caprari delivers pumps for Wastewater Treatment Plant of Milan

The Italian pump manufacturer Caprari has received the order to deliver electric pumps for the Wastewater Treatment Plant of Milan including a 12-year service contract.

The Wastewater Treatment Plant of Milan is situated south of the city and will deal with the central-eastern basin of the sewer network. It will be able to treat the wastewater produced by 1.2 million inhabitants. Besides supplying all the sewage electric pumps of the system, Caprari has also obtained the 12-year servicing contract. The electric pumps supplied by Caprari will be used in the various treatment phases, where they will deal with secondary flows, recirculation, disposal, etc.
