Masterflex® C/L® pumps are perfect for low-flow pumping in compact areas

Does your application require low-flow pumping in a compact area? The answer lies in the palm of your hand—the Masterflex® C/L® variable-speed compact pumps.

Available in dual-channel and single-channel models, our C/L® pumps are compact (1/4 DIN) and perfect for low-flow OEM use or analyzer applications.

These economical pumps feature reversible pumping, remote control capabilities, and quick tubing changes. They are ideal for in-line analytical, chromatography, spectroscopy, and dispensing applications. Single-channel models provide higher flow rates—0.07 to 37 mL/min—while the dual-channel models allow a flow range of 0.002 to 12.3 mL/min per channel.

The stackable housing is made of durable ABS plastic. Simply place the pump on your lab bench or mount in your equipment rack with optional mounting brackets.

C/L® pumps feature a separate single-turn speed control and cw/off/ccw switch with green LED power indicator. This allows you to maintain your speed setting when you turn pump on/off or reverse direction.

The reversible permanent magnet DC motor enables you to pump fluid in either direction, and purge fluid before or after pumping. The convenient remote control connections on the back of the pump make it possible to start and stop the pump with a contact closure. Average fixed occlusion eliminates the need for adjustments after tubing changes.

Tubing retainers for both channels are built into pump head to firmly grip the tubing. Change tubing quickly and easily by releasing the retainers.

The pump is constructed from polyphenylene sulfide (PPS), stainless steel (SS), and features acetyl copolymer rollers. PPS and SS promote longer life and the six-roller construction provides a low-pulsation flow. This self-priming pump withstands minor back pressure. Maximum suction lift is 5 ft (1.5 m), while maximum pressure is 15 psi (1.0 bar).

C/L® pumps accept all sizes of microbore tubing and include 5-ft (1.5-m) of 0.89 mm ID Tygon® LFL tubing. Order additional microbore tubing based on appropriate chemical compatibility and flow rate.
