Members Elect New Board of Directors and Officers at Hydraulic Institute Annual Meeting

PARSIPPANY, NJ - April 20, 2001 - The Hydraulic Institute (HI) announced its 2001 - 2002 Board of Directors and officers during a general session of the annual meeting held recently in Palm Springs, CA.

Among the roster of key executives, Raymond Dunn of Floway Pumps, Fresno, CA, will serve as board chairman; Ron Yates, Iwaki Walchem Corp., Holliston, MA, will serve as president; Al Huber, Patterson Pump Company, Toccoa, GA, will serve as vice president, technical affairs; and Pasquale DePalma, ITT Fluid Handling Division, Morton Grove, IL, will serve as vice president, member services. Additional members of the board include:

- Howard Wynn, Flowserve Corporation, Irving, TX

- James Russell Phillips, Shurflo Pump Mfg., Santa Ana, CA

- Leslie Hennessy, Lovejoy, Inc., Downers Grove, IL

- Roger Jeschke, National Pump Company, Peoria, AZ

- Michael McDougal, ANSIMAG, Inc., Bloomingdale, IL

- Michael Schrock, Pentair Pump Group, North Aurora, IL

Past presidents Robert Ayers, ITT Industries - Fluid Technology, Upper Saddle River, NJ; James T. Donnelly, Sta-Rite Industries, Inc., Delavan, WI; and George M. Wilfley, A.R. Wilfley & Sons, Inc., Denver, CO; will serve in advisory roles. Robert K. Asdal, executive director of the Hydraulic Institute serves as secretary/treasurer and David S. Versfelt, Esq., Kirkpatrick & Lockhart LLP, New York City, will serve as legal counsel.

Changes to the Endress+Hauser Supervisory Board

VSX Announces Matthias Siegel as New Managing Director

After more than 30 years, Hanns-Henrik Vogel and Jens-Uwe Vogel, founders of the software company VSX – VOGEL SOFTWARE GmbH, hand over the management of the company to Matthias Siegel, who will take over as Managing Director on April 1, 2024.
