Ahead of Cardo ABs annual general meeting

The annual general meeting will be held on Monday, April 2 2001 at 5 pm at Storan, Malmö Musikteater, Östra Rönneholmsvägen 20, Malmö, Sweden.

An agenda containing the matters that are proposed to be brought before the general meeting is included in the official notice to attend the meeting, which will be published on February 24 in the newspapers Svenska Dagbladet, Sydsvenska Dagbladet, Göteborgs-Posten and Finanstidningen and on February 26 in the newspaper Post- och Inrikes Tidningar.

Cardo

Cardo is an international engineering group with a turnover of SEK 9.8 billion in 2000. Cardo holds a strong position in the markets for doors, pumps and rail-vehicle brake systems. Here pumps, mixers and aerators are used both in the manufacturing process and in the treatment of wastewater. In the construction sector, the most important applications are dewatering, and the accumulation and pumping of sewage in prefabricated pump stations.

Cardo Pump includes Lorentzen & Wettre, a global leader in the production of sophisticated measurement instruments for product control and process optimization in connection with papermaking.

Cardo Pump’s products are marketed under the brand names ABS, Pumpex and Lorentzen & Wettre.
