New Laboratory Set for Safe Filling with Corresponding Qantity Masurement

Elektrische Faß- und Laborpumpe

Since several decades the laboratory pump B2 has been successfully used in almost all laboratory and technical sectors. In comparison with other construction models stands the pump considerably out due to its special quiet operation as well as due to its shaft sealless construction. In the meantime these pumps have been recognized by the customers in more than 300.000 applications.

In the laboratory and technical sector is the safe filling of hazardous liquids usual business. Until now preferably standardised resp. calibrated measuring containers have been used.

In order to meet the security on the one hand and the accuracy on the other hand due to the highly increased customers‘ requirements, has the company Lutz therefore developed a suitable set, which ensures the safe filling with the corresponding quantity measurement.

The new laboratory set has been enlarged by the electronic flow meter TR-PP, TR-PVDF. The materials exactly match to each other, therefore the hitherto high reliability is further guaranteed.

Thus there are 3 possible solutions available:

  • electrical drum and laboratory pump
  • electrical drum and laboratory pump as set
  • electrical drum and laboratory pump as system

For the users, who have been working until now without quantity measurement, is the flow meter as retrofit kit available. The retrofit is possible without tools or special knowledge.
