14.06.2001 Magnatex®/Texel® Introduce ANSI dimension MTA Series |
|
A sealless, mag-drive ANSI pump featuring transfer molding and enhanced PFA lining available in three models. The Magnatex®/Texel® MTA Series sealless, mag-drive ANSI pump features a transfer molded, mechanically bonded PFA lining that is thicker and more uniform than competitive rotomolded linings. Key to MTA's superiority over other lined pumps is the use and application of its advanced PFA fluoropolymer lining. PFA is renowned for its exceptional resistance to a wider range of chemicals than are either ETFE, PVDF, or other non-metallic materials. All MTA Series pumps employ a proprietary, state-of-the-art transfer and compression molding process. Ideal for high purity and elevated temperature applications, this PFA lining offers the following enhanced characteristics over conventional roto-lined pumps.
Available in three models, the MTA Series Pump includes a ductile iron, armored design that conforms to ANSI B73.3M hydraulic and dimensional standards, thus preventing the need to alter piping or baseplates of existing ANSI installations. Performance Characteristics & Design Features
