Pulsafeeder, Inc. announces the release of the new Polyfeeder, Emulsion Polymer Blending System. Specifically designed for the water/wastewater and pulp and paper markets, the Polyfeeder can handle the diverse mixing requirements of complex emulsion polymers.

The Polyfeeder Emulsion Polymer Blending System is incredible, but what truly differentiates it from other polymer skid systems is the innovative, patent pending, anti-siphon, anti-clog polymer injection lance. This lance effectively separates the polymer from the water interface. The water flow helps close the valve instead of forcing it open, while still being a membrane that can accommodate the occasional solid. This new technology replaces the standard ball and spring checks and eliminates the common pain point of clogging and stuck valves. In the words of one client, "From a visual inspection point of view for troubleshooting, the lance position is better."

The Polyfeeder comes equipped with a clear, high energy mixing chamber followed by a diminishing energy blending cascade which thoroughly hydrates the molecules without damaging the extending polymer chains. This mixing chamber is clear allowing quick and easy monitoring of the blending operation. The Polyfeeder comes complete on a robust stainless steel frame and is available with three different pump configurations: solenoid; gear pump; or progressive cavity.
