The DH single stage volute process pump is designed according to the ASME 73.1M standard. The standard design has an open type impeller. Semi-open and closed impellers are also available. The strong structure is fitted for heavy duty applications such as in the oil refinery or petrochemical industry.

For the DH process pump you have a variety of choices: a mechanical shaft seal for different environmental applications such as soft packing; a single mechanical seal S, multiple mechanical seal D, quench arrangement Q, etc.

DH process pumps are made for heavy duty applications. The design has a stronger structure, for example the pump housing is thicker for corrosion allowance; it has double bearing and oil lubrication for a longer life cycle and many more features.
