17 Vacuum Pumps in Kavac Range

Specifically designed to provide convenient low-cost solutions for applications involving picking up and moving components and small products, the latest range of Kavac Vacuum Pumps from pneumatics specialist, KV, features compact lightweight construction and a maintenance free Venturi-based design which has no moving parts.

Kavac pumps are small enough to be mounted close to the point where the vacuum is required and need only a compressed air supply for operation, and are optionally available with an integral solenoid valve for complete control over the functioning of the pump.

The range includes 17 models capable of providing vacuum levels of up to 910 mbar and offering vacuum flow rates from 14 to 680 litres per minute, and Fastbreak versions of the pumps with high speed blow-off are also available.

Unlike conventional mechanical pumps Kavac pumps offer instant operation providing full vacuum flow immediately when the air supply is turned on. This means that the pumps need only be operated when vacuum is actually required making possible big energy cost savings.

KV also offers a comprehensive range of accessories,including vacuum cups in over 80 different sizes and three materials and silencers which are extremely effective at reducing exhaust noise from the pumps and pressure switches.
